For budget expectations we supply dates of MFG for Hot water heaters, Heating and cooling units along with an national average life expectancy for the specific type of equipment. Keeping in mind Home Inspectors do not have crystal balls and any mechanical equipment is subject to failure at any given point in time.

All Plumbing systems are subjected to heavy use during the 3 to 4 hour process of inspection to determine proper flow and or blockage.
