Electrical system panels with dead front covers removed and branch circuits are visually inspected with the capability of infrared scanning for overheating. Operating amperage of installed equipment is matched according to wire and breaker size. Improper double tapping of breakers and all electrical safety is a major concern.

Water distribution piping checked for volume distribution, cross connection possibility. and leakage. Infrared scans have the capability of detecting water leakage within the wall cavities. Wastewater drainage system have a flow rate and or blockage determined. Sewer gas discharge within the structure has high priority.

Foundations and roof support systems are checked for stability and or un-even settling. Drainage adjacent to the structure is determined with any recommended changes.

Flat roofs on commercial buildings in this area are prone to leakage. Scanning the exterior and interior areas of the roof covering with the infrared camera has the capability of detecting water penetration within a specific time frame.
