Does experience count when choosing
an inspection company. Does the inspection company utilize modern
technology techniques such as Infrared Cameras, Moisture Meters,
Carbon Monoxide Detectors, Air Sampling Equipment for indoor air
quality just to mention a few that Freedom Express Home Inspections
deploy while performing inspections.
Oklahoma Standards of Practice for
Home Inspectors requires minimum standards for a visual inspection
such as viewing a roof from the drip line on a ladder if the inspector
deems the roof un-safe. Some inspection companies deem every roof
un-safe. Freedom Express actually walks 99% of all roofs inspected.
Standards of Practice for entering crawl spaces of raised floor
foundations requires a minimum of 18 inches of clearance for
inspecting. Freedom Express will inspect every crawl space that can be
physically entered regardless of height. Some inspection companies
inspect attic areas from the entry into the attic only. Freedom
Express does inspect the full length of the attic. I strive to exceed
all minimum requirements as required by the State of Oklahoma
Licensing Division.
When choosing an inspection company
keep in mind you receive what you pay for. A large % of my phone calls
starts out with the question How Much Do You
Charge. My thinking would be the proper questions to ask of
your Inspector would be What Do You Inspect and How Do You Inspect
it. How Long Does An Inspection Take.

more qualification or Education than Freedom Express give them a call.
