Oklahoma Standards of Practice for Home Inspectors requires minimum standards for a visual inspection such as viewing a roof from the drip line on a ladder if the inspector deems the roof un-safe.  Oklahoma Standards of Practice for entering crawl spaces of raised floor foundations requires a minimum of 18 inches of clearance for inspecting. Freedom Express will inspect every crawl space that can be physically entered regardless of height.

Some inspection companies inspect attic areas from the entry into the attic only. Freedom Express does inspect the full length of the attic. We strive to exceed minimum requirements as required by the State of Oklahoma Licensing Division.
